Ways to lose 5kg by Saturday (only Claud knows why Saturday! :D)

  1. Drink only water. (This I can manage. I think. Keyword: Think.)
  2. Abstain from snacks. As quoted, "No seaweed, no cookies, no biscuit. Yes, no seaweed." (cries)
  3. No eating after training! (Cos training ends pretty late and its bad to eat late at night.) And sleep right after getting home from training. (Cos if I stay awake I will get hunger pangs and get tempted to eat! :O)
  4. No breakfast. (I don't care what all the webs say about how breakfast is important if you wanna lose weight. I don't have much of an appetite in the morning and I always seem to be running late for school so yeah no breakfast for meeee.)
  5. No carbo. (I don't care. No carbo. I hate rice, noodles, bread and cereal. (actually no, i don't. cries again.))
  6. Eat lean meat like FISH! (Yay! I love fish!)
  7. No seaweed. Yes bernie no seaweed. (Trust me. I seriously need way more than one reminder for this. Cries harder)
  8. No fried food. Boiled food boiled food boiled food! (Beams. I like boiled hot dogs.)
  9. No processed meat. (NO HOT DOGS?! :O :'( )
  10. Do not take the lift up. Walk up the stairs instead. (This I always do!!! :D)
  11. And thou shall stick to this (109th) diet plan.

with effect from 8th Jan `07. Yes it doesn't start today. -runs to get seaweed- NO BABY I'M JUST KIDDING I DIDN'T BUY ANY SEAWEED! Really! :(
