109th diet plan - Day 1

  1. Drink only water. (I drank a cup of barley during lunch break! :( and and yam milk w pearls before training. Geeeeeeeeeee!)
  2. Abstain from snacks. As quoted, "No seaweed, no cookies, no biscuit. Yes, no seaweed." (TICK! -beams.)
  3. No eating after training! (TICK! -beams.) And sleep right after getting home from training. (will do so right after this post. so, TICK!)
  4. No breakfast. (EASY PEASY. TICK!)
  5. No carbo. (Aiya shit la... Don't even wanna talk about the amount of carbo i consumed today.)
  6. Eat lean meat like FISH! (no fish consumed today... :( )
  7. No seaweed. Yes bernie no seaweed. (TICKKK although i almost gave in the temptation... Keyword: almost)
  8. No fried food. Boiled food boiled food boiled food! (I didn't consume any fried food. But then again i didn't consume any boiled food.)
  9. No processed meat. (:( shut up.)
  10. Do not take the lift up. Walk up the stairs instead. (TICK TICK TICK TICK TICK!)
  11. And thou shall stick to this (109th) diet plan. (-.-)

5.5/10??! You can do better than that go go go go go! Should really make another one. Thou shall not eat between lectures. NYJC people should know what I'm talking about. The time between lectures can be really omg-ish sometimes. That you can't help...but just wanna eat to make time pass quickly. BOOOOO. Gtg get some rest now. Having a big headache. Must have been cos I cried my eyes out just now during training. Will blog about this another day. Thanks to all who comforted me esp the ny people. Muaaaack! Bye!
