  1. Drink only water. (HAHA tick)
  2. Abstain from snacks. As quoted, "No seaweed, no cookies, no biscuit. Yes, no seaweed." (-looks at claud. MY CHOCOCHIP COOKIES! :'( )
  3. No eating after training! And sleep right after getting home from training. (No training today. No training ever. Gotta update this point again.)
  4. No breakfast. (EASY PEASY. TICK!)
  5. No carbo. (I ate noodles for dinner...)
  6. Eat lean meat like FISH! (Have to change this point soon... Quite pointless to force myself to find some fish to consume just to bold this point -.- )
  7. No seaweed. Yes bernie no seaweed. (TICK)
  8. No fried food. (TICKKKKKK)
  9. No processed meat. (fishballs...counted right.)
  10. Do not take the lift up. Walk up the stairs instead. (I didn't even step out of my house today -.-)
  11. And thou shall stick to this (109th) diet plan. (-.-)

:( tomorrow will be a better day. and for your info no i haven't lost any weight. :'(
