- Drink only water. (HAHA tick)
- Abstain from snacks. As quoted, "No seaweed, no cookies, no biscuit. Yes, no seaweed." (-looks at claud. MY CHOCOCHIP COOKIES! :'( )
- No eating after training! And sleep right after getting home from training. (No training today. No training ever. Gotta update this point again.)
- No breakfast. (EASY PEASY. TICK!)
- No carbo. (I ate noodles for dinner...)
- Eat lean meat like FISH! (Have to change this point soon... Quite pointless to force myself to find some fish to consume just to bold this point -.- )
- No seaweed. Yes bernie no seaweed. (TICK)
- No fried food. (TICKKKKKK)
- No processed meat. (fishballs...counted right.)
- Do not take the lift up. Walk up the stairs instead. (I didn't even step out of my house today -.-)
- And thou shall stick to this (109th) diet plan. (-.-)
:( tomorrow will be a better day. and for your info no i haven't lost any weight. :'(
