Time passes so damn quickly these days. A few quick updates on what stuff I forgot to blog about due to my failing memory before I get to today's post! (edit; which will be in another post judging from how long this post is and I'm only halfway through!)
EXTREMELY LENGTHY AND WORDY POST. SKIPPING OF THIS POST IS ADVISED.
Honestly, I don't really blog for the sake of blogging now. It's just somewhere where I pen down my life ATM, just so when I grow up I can read it and recall the past. And I really need it cos my memory is really failing me (at the age of 17 can you imagine.)

Crashed PJC somewhere in late January together with Roy, Cheryl and her friend from crescent. Had to get up at the ungodly hour of 5am because it was all the way in woodlands and I had to catch the first bus if I wanted to reach school on time. Had such a great time there exploring the school, hiding in the staff cubicle (while waiting for assembly to be over) cam-whoring the entire time (while Cheryl attempted to eat her sausage mcmuffin on the dustbin. Gross haha), hanging out with Sit's friends like Arif who had such a hard time guessing who my boyfriend was (hahahaha), wanting to buy food from the cafe, Roy pulling me away from the cafe countless amount of times insisting that I'm on a diet, Cheryl feeling sorry for me but still restricting what I eat (I still ate alot anyway hahaha), just plain bitching about some of the other kids in PJ etc etc it was soooo fun!

Crashed TJC early Febuary (I think!) with Roy, Wei Jian and Su Yee. It was on the other hand, boring. Just plain boring. We went into the library and it was in total silence so we communicated via whispers. Stepped out and I was still whispering (due to brain malfunction) cos there was no difference in the sound level of the environment inside and outside of the library. Perhaps it was just that day but holy crap that school is so b-o-r-i-n-g.
I think I blogged about this already. I really can't remember but I'll just mention it again. The super unfortunate incident of running into the ONLY H1 Math teacher. I thought I did my "homework" already so I was really confident when this teacher approached us asking us what class we're from etc. Answered all his questions and then he asked "Aren't you guys suppose to be in a Math test now?" I replied that we take H1 Math, hence it's a free period. So he confiscated our student passes on the spot and told us to go for our H2 Math test. And said that there's only ONE H1 math class for the J1s and he's teaching that class. Imagine the look on our faces. Gee.
Well the only good thing about this crash was that I got to catch up with JX again. She was really happy to see me hahahaha. Gave her a kiss on her cheek when I left. That's how much i missed her. Haven't seen her for about a year already!

Verdict? NY is still the best. But of course it won't ever be the same without the clique aka Beam, Su Yee, Roy and Joe. Furthermore, we were from the same OG. Time to insert a cliche line; You guys will never be forgotten!

I'm not sure whether I've mentioned this before but out of the 5 polytechnics, the only courses which appeal to me are Law and Management (TP) and Psychology and Community Service (NP). Only these two. And I'd rather retake my O Levels than do a course which doesn't even appeal to me in the first place for three years. Bleugh.
Headed to TP around Mid-Feb together with my parents to appeal for Law and Management. Brought down my portfolio. Turned out the cut-off point for that course is 14 for L1R4. 14. 14?! You know, people who score well enough to get into a JC can you please just get your asses in a JC and stop fighting for places in polytechnics. It irks people like me big time. Single pointers who apply for poly, I really don't know what you're thinking. K off-topic anyway I tried to enter via JPSAE (hence the portfolio for volleyball). The guy was really pleased to see me for some reason, said that he heard that I was coming down and said he'll try his best to help me. But my score is really too far off from the cut-off point so my chances of getting into TP's L&M is really slim.
I applied online for NP's P&CS via JPSAE as well. The only difference is I didn't personally make a trip down. But they got back to me already. "We regret to inform you that you have not been selected for the JPSAE blahblahblahihungupalreadysoIdon'tknowwhatelsethevoicethingsaid."
So there you have it. What do you think? St. Francis? Ha whatever it is, I'll just have to wait till tuesday when the postings are released. I didn't even fill out the JAE form damnit. JPSAE *crosses fingers.

Speaking of St. Francis, Kenneth almost gave me a heart attack the other day. I told him I might be going over to St. Francis during Jeremy's CNY BBQ. His reaction was a tad queer, like he kept asking me why aren't I considering poly, isn't it very expensive, why do I want to go there for etc etc etc. Turns out he thought I was going to SAN FRANCISCO. WTF HAHAHAHAHAA ok sorry fyi I'm NOT going to San Francisco. The school is only at Bukit Timah! (With a shuttlebus to the school every morning how cool is that?)

Celebrated Daddy's birthday on Tuesday. Benson kept telling Dad "Two years more till you get rich". CPF hahaha! Anyway I'm really glad Mom and Dad got back their CPF from the bank. They actually took their CPF away when Dad's business failed. I mean, that's not allowed AT ALL. It's a long story on why they were allowed to actually take it in the first place but to sum it up, God creates miracles. Ask me for the full story if you want but it's rather long and if I don't have the time ATM I'd just ignore you (hahahaha).

K done with this post I think. If you read the whole thing, gosh you really must be extremely free or something. Check the later post for today/yesterday's proper entry. Adios.
